corresponding European application (EP 00 20 4525), which was mailed on July 23, 2002. As 
the documents were cited in a communication from a foreign patent office in the corresponding 
foreign application not more than three months prior to the filing of this Information Disclosure 
Statement, the requirements of 37 C.F.R. 1.97(c) are hereby met.
